Summary
This PR adds an amortization calculator to the financial module.
It computes a level-payment (annuity) schedule that breaks each payment into principal and interest components and supports early payoff detection.
Key Features
Pure Python, no dependencies.
Supports configurable payment frequency (payments_per_year).
Optionally prints annual summaries.
Includes doctests for validation.
